Check the Recently Deleted Folder First

Before you opt for iCloud recovery options, it is better to check the Recently Deleted album of the Photos app. Deleted photos usually remain in this section for at least 30 days before getting permanently deleted from your iPhone. If the photo you want to recover is still there in the Recently Deleted folder, then you can simply select it and recover it. 

Restore Photos from iCloud Backup

If you cannot find your photos in the Recently Deleted folder, then you can get them back through an iCloud backup. But before this, you must ensure that a backup was created before the photos got deleted.

You need to go to Settings, then you need to go to the ‘General’ option. After this, you can click on Transfer or reset iPhone. Lastly, you need to click on ‘Erase all content and settings'. Once your iPhone resets, choose Restore from iCloud backup during setup. Sign in using your Apple ID and select the backup that has your deleted photos. 

Recover Photos from iCloud Photos

People who have already enabled iCloud Photos can check their iCloud directly. You just need to log in to iCloud.com and sign in via your Apple account. Following this, check the Recently Deleted folder of the Photos app. Sometimes, the photos are still there even when they are not there on your iPhone.
