A BIS FMCS Certificate is issued under the Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme (FMCS) by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The scheme allows overseas manufacturers to obtain permission to use the Standard Mark on products that comply with applicable Indian Standards.
